- Profile: Settings → Profile
- Medications: Home tab → Your Medications
- Journal: Journal tab → All entries
- Reports: Your submitted community reports### 5.2 Modify Your DataYou can edit or update at any time:
- Profile information (age range, sex, years on medication)
- Medication details (dosage, pharmacy, notes)
- Refill ratings and observations
- Journal entries### 5.3 Delete Your DataComplete Data DeletionLocation: Profile → Data Management → Delete All My DataWhen you tap this button:1. A confirmation alert is displayed warning that this action cannot be undone
