- Your submitted reports cannot be traced back to you by other users

- Tracking: Disabled (we do not track you)
- Tracking Domains: None
- Data Collected: User ID for app functionality only (not linked to identity, not used for tracking)

We do not sell, share, or monetize your data in any way.---## 5. Your Rights & Data Control### 5.1 Access Your DataYou can view all your data within the app:
- Profile: Settings → Profile
- Medications: Home tab → Your Medications
- Journal: Journal tab → All entries
- Reports: Your submitted community reports
### 5.2 Modify Your DataYou can edit or update at any time:
- Profile information (age range, sex, years on medication)
- Medication details (dosage, pharmacy, notes)
- Refill ratings and observations
- Journal entries
### 5.3 Delete Your DataComplete Data DeletionLocation: Profile → Data Management → Delete All My DataWhen you tap this button:1. A confirmation alert is displayed warning that this action cannot be undone
2. Upon confirmation, we immediately and permanently delete:

### 5.4 Sign OutLocation: Profile → Sign OutWhen you sign out:
- Your session is terminated
- Stored credentials are cleared
- Local data remains on device until you use "Delete All My Data"
Note: Signing out does NOT delete your data. If you want complete data removal, use "Delete All My Data" before signing out.### 5.5 Data PortabilityYour data is accessible through:
- The app interface (view all your information)
- Your iCloud account (data syncs with your Apple ID)
